This safari package is meant for
people who have a calling to help others. We will
arrange an all inclusive package that will give
you an opportunity to meet and interact with the
less fortunate members in our community, the trip
will include a visit to Children’s home,
Home for the elderly and attend church service
at of our local church. We will combine your mission
with leisure which will include a 2 or 3 nights
visit to one of the most interesting park in Kenya
The Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Day one: Nairobi
Arrive Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (please
advise flight details). Met on arrival by our
airport representatives and transferred to one
of the most beautiful Hotels in Nairobi for overnight,
booked on bed and breakfast basis.
Day two: Nairobi
After breakfast depart from the hotel to visit
one of the many children’s homes in Nairobi,
have a face-to-face interaction with orphaned
children learn how they live, family and education
background. Lunch in the city center, afternoon
visit either home for abandoned children or elderly
home. {a church service could be arranged depending
on the day}.Evening transfer back to the hotel
for overnight.
Day three: Kibera slum tour
After breakfast have a brief tour of Nairobi City
before heading to the sprawling Kibera Slum considered
the biggest slum in sub Saharan Africa. While
in Kibera, our local guides will meet you and
local security teams who will take you to the
HIV orphaned children's homes and visit some of
the dilapidated houses of local residents and
see the day-to-day activities of Kibera Slum dwellers
that live on below US$1 per day. The type of housing
and the unavailability of sanitary facilities,
lack of normal feeding timetable, the flowing
sewage and the businesses undertaken by the local
residents are some of the features you shall be
acquainted with. The tour is for the duration
of 4 hours.
Day four & five: Masai Mara
Breakfast at the hotel; depart for Masai Mara
Game Reserve, which forms the northern extension
of the famous Serengeti plains of Tanzania and
is the best game viewing area in Kenya. Morning
and afternoon game drives, enjoying the beauties
of Masai Mara. Visit to Masai village “Manyatta”
can be arranged and paid locally. All meals and
overnight at the lodge/camp.
Day six: Nairobi
After breakfast depart for Nairobi with morning
game drive enroute. Arrive Nairobi early afternoon
and transfer back to the hotel, where day room
services could be reserved for use until 1800hrs
when you will be transferred to the Carnivore
restaurant for a Fare Well Dinner. After dinner
transfer to JKIA for your international departure
flight.
