The following itinerary is one of the many family Adventures Safaris that we can offer. The choice of destinations, type of accommodation, mode of travel and length of stay though, is as endless as are the activities, experiences, learning opportunities and discoveries that await you and your family.

Day one: Nairobi
Arrive Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (please advise flight details). Met on arrival by Kent Tours representatives and transferred to Nairobi most long established and charming hotel. Overnight at the hotel, booked on bed and breakfast basis.

Day two: City Tour
After breakfast departs for Nairobi National Park just a few minutes drive from the city center. The tour will also include a visit to the animal orphanage where wounded and young orphaned animals are cared for and the fabulous new safari walk. Lunch, afternoon visit the Karen Blixen Museum or the Bomas of Kenya for Traditional dances.

Day three to five: Masai Mara
Travel to the Masai Mara where you experience the incredible scenery, wildlife and vistas. Here your children can learn all about conservation join up for the young rangers course, brush craft and learn how to read the ‘signs’ of some of Africa’s cleverest creatures. Morning and afternoon game drives all meals and overnight at the lodge/camp

Day six to nine: Mombasa
After breakfast return to Nairobi, arrive early afternoon and have an early lunch. After lunch transfer to connect with your domestic flight to Mombasa and enter the seaside world of your beach resort where there are talks on dolphin and dugongs, beach walks and butterfly hunts, volleyball and boogie-board races with trips to the reef in a glass-bottomed boat. Day trip excursions can be arranged to visit to the Old Town, dhow port, Akamba wood carvers, McKinnon Market, Temple and Fort Jesus.

Day ten: Depart
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Nairobi arrive Nairobi early afternoon and transfer back to the hotel, where day room services could be reserved for use until 1800hrs when you will be transferred to the Carnivore restaurant for a Fare Well Dinner. After dinner transfer to JKIA for your international departure flight.
